Start your day centered with a 45-minute vinyasa flow. All levels welcome. Mats provided.

Begin your workday centered and energized with our weekly morning yoga sessions. Led by certified instructor Marie Duval, these sessions are designed to suit all experience levels.

Session Details

  • Style: Vinyasa flow with modifications for all levels
  • Duration: 45 minutes
  • What to bring: Comfortable clothing (mats provided)
  • Showers: Available in the wellness center after class
