LINK opens doors with Minergie Certification
LINK Geneva welcomes its first tenants. The decision is made to retain ownership and operate the building directly, creating the LINK On-Site Operations Team.
Global Pandemic
LINK is one of the few buildings to remain open during covid thanks to its layout, air filtering specs and health & safety measures.
Years of Verified Energy Data
LINK services are enhanced to provide more on-site technical support as well as hospitality-level reception service.
9,500 sqm Leasing Milestone
LINK completes 9,500 sqm leasing in a year fit-outs delivered on schedule and on budget, proving the owner-operator advantage
