Program Overview

This 8-week series introduces practical mindfulness techniques you can use at your desk, in meetings, and throughout your workday.

Weekly Sessions (30 min each)

  • Week 2: Breath and Body Basics
  • Week 3: Managing Stress Responses
  • Week 4: Mindful Communication
  • Week 5: Focus and Attention Training
