Community & Social Impact

More Than a Landlord

LINK isn't a distant investment vehicle—it's a locally owned, locally operated building with roots in Geneva. We invest in the community because we're part of it.

Ownership That Stays

Built by a Family. Operated by Us.

Many Geneva office buildings are owned by distant pension funds or international investors. LINK is different. RI REALIM SA built this building—and stayed to operate it.

When you have a problem, you're not submitting a ticket to an outsourced property manager. You're speaking to a team of ~50 people who work in the building every day, employed by the owner's own on-site operations team.

This isn't just a service difference—it's a different relationship with the community. We hire locally. We partner locally. We invest in the Meyrin-Satigny ecosystem because it's our ecosystem too.

Open to the Community

A building isn't separate from its neighborhood—it's part of it. LINK's landscaped grounds, walking paths, and certain amenities contribute to the Meyrin community's quality of life.

Our green spaces are accessible to visitors, and our restaurant welcomes the local business community. Event spaces can be booked for community functions as well as corporate events.

Green Corridors

3,000+ sqm of landscaped outdoor space with native plantings, walking paths, and seating areas open to the public.

Restaurant Access

The on-site restaurant serves the local business community, not just LINK tenants. A meeting point for the neighborhood.

Conference rooms and event spaces available for community functions, charity events, and local business gatherings.

Green Way Connection

When the Voie Verte opens in 2026, LINK will be directly connected to this public cycling/pedestrian corridor.

Owner Philosophy

Long-Term Thinking

"We built LINK to be here for the long term, not to flip to the next buyer. When you think long term rather than short term, you make different decisions about quality, relationships, and community."

— RI REALIM SA Management
