More Than a Landlord
LINK isn't a distant investment vehicle—it's a locally owned, locally operated building with roots in Geneva. We invest in the community because we're part of it.
Built by a Family. Operated by Us.
Many Geneva office buildings are owned by distant pension funds or international investors. LINK is different. RI REALIM SA built this building—and stayed to operate it.
When you have a problem, you're not submitting a ticket to an outsourced property manager. You're speaking to a team of ~50 people who work in the building every day, employed by the owner's own on-site operations team.
This isn't just a service difference—it's a different relationship with the community. We hire locally. We partner locally. We invest in the Meyrin-Satigny ecosystem because it's our ecosystem too.

Fair Employment
~50 on-site employees receive fair wages, Swiss employment protections, and professional development opportunities. Local hiring prioritized where possible.
Supplier Relationships
Long-term partnerships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Stable relationships, not lowest-bid churn.

Long-Term Thinking
