Facility Technician

Join our technical team to maintain LINK's building systems and ensure optimal performance for our tenants. You'll be part of the on-site team that makes LINK's 4-hour response guarantee possible.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to tenant technical requests within SLA timeframes
- Monitor building management systems and address alerts
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
- Participate in energy efficiency optimization initiatives
Requirements
- CFC in relevant technical field (electrician, HVAC, building automation)
- 3+ years experience in commercial building maintenance
- Fluent in French; working English required
- Ability to read technical plans and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
Nice to Have
- Experience with Minergie-certified buildings
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS)
- German language skills
