Create and manage the community experience at LINK Geneva. You'll plan tenant events, coordinate wellness programs, and build the connections that make LINK more than just a building.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute tenant networking events, lunch & learns, and social gatherings
  • Coordinate wellness programs (fitness classes, health initiatives)
  • Manage tenant communications and community newsletter
  • Organize seasonal events and holiday celebrations
  • Build relationships with tenant community ambassadors
  • Coordinate with restaurant and amenities partners
  • Track event attendance and tenant satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in event management or community coordination
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building
  • Creative thinking and initiative
  • Experience with event software and social media

Nice to Have

  • Experience in corporate or commercial real estate settings
  • Background in hospitality or wellness
  • Graphic design skills for event materials
